Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. skim milk, scalded
    1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
    non-caloric liquid sweetener equal to 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine eggs and salt.
    Slowly stir in slightly cooled milk, vanilla and sweetener.
    Set six 6-ounce custard cups in shallow pan on oven rack.
    Pour hot water 1 inch deep around them.
    Pour custard in.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
