Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. sliced, young, tender yellow squash
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.
    Bring next 5 ingredients to a boil; mix well.
    Add squash and onion mixture; bring to a
    boil and can.
