Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    6 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    celery, chopped (optional)
    2 hard cooked eggs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper or pimento
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Add salt to water and bring to a boil.
    Add macaroni.
    Boil until tender, 10-14 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add butter.
    Mix to season and prevent macaroni from sticking together.
    Add mayonnaise, vinegar, chopped eggs, onion, and pepper.
    Let set 2 hours or overnight.
