Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. rice, cooked
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, or 2 c. fresh, cooked
1 medium onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onion in margarine.
Mix and heat milk, soup, and cheese. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
May top with onions.
Bake another 10 minutes.
