Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shortening (size of an egg)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    raisins to taste
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add egg slightly beaten.
    Add flour, salt and baking powder sifted.
    Add milk. Mix thoroughly.
    Add raisins.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0).
