Finger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Slice steak into 1 x 2 1/2-inch strips.
    Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Blend together egg and milk.
    Dredge strips and cover completely with flour.
    Fry in hot oil.
