Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box devil's food cake mix
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 stick oleo
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 to 2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions, pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
