Picante Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/3 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    6 oz. pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed
    1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    crushed tortilla chips or toasted bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
    Cook onion in butter in large skillet until tender, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add flour and cook and stir until bubbly.
    Gradually add reserved spinach liquid and milk.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Stir in cheese.
    Cook and stir until cheese melts.
    Stir in Pace picante sauce, drained spinach and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix well.
