Ricotta Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients except pecans.
Add mixture to dry ingredients with pecans; stir just to blend.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
