Pistachio Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) carton. plain yogurt
    1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
    2/3 c. coconut
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, yogurt, pudding mix, and coconut. Mix well. Stir in Cool Whip. Blend well.
    Spoon into baked pie crust. If desired, top with additional Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
