Veg-All Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked noodles
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender.
In 1 1/2-quart boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt has been added, lightly brown the onion in margarine or butter.
Add ground beef and cook slowly until brown, about 10 minutes.
Blend in flour.
Add cooked noodles.
Add Veg-All, including the liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
