Deluxe Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large Idaho potatoes
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    enough butter, milk and salt to mash potatoes
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream and cream cheese. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Smooth top of potatoes. May cover with bread crumbs and a little melted butter.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    This dish may be frozen or refrigerated for later use, but must be cooked longer.
