Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together; add milk and eggs.
Pour thin layer of batter in a medium heated buttered skillet.
Lightly brown on both sides.
While warm, spread butter and sprinkle powdered sugar on pancake.
Roll up the pancake and butter and sugar the top.
