World Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 red bell pepper
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 large jar Ragu (garden or marinara sauce)
12 oz. sliced olives (black)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
16 lasagna noodles
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles per package directions, flexible.
Cool in cold water.
Brown ground beef.
Add green bell pepper, Ragu marinara sauce, sliced olives and Ricotta cheese.
Mix well.
The sauce should not be real thin.
Begin layering with 4 noodles, 1/4 cup of sauce and 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced.
Add 1/3 each of the cheeses.
Spread over layer.
Second and third layer do the same way as the first layer.
Fourth layer, just cover the noodles with sauce.
