Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 303) cans sauerkraut
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1 large jar chopped pimento
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together vinegar, water and oil.
Heat, then dissolve sugar in the mixture.
