Easy Water-Whip Pastry(Double Crust) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 + 2 Tbsp. Crisco
1/4 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. milk
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put Crisco in bowl.
Add boiling water and milk.
Beat mixture with fork until smooth and thick.
Sift flour and salt into mixture.
Stir with round the bowl strokes until dough clings together and cleans bowl.
Form into 2 balls.
Roll out on lightly floured board.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
