Mexican Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 servings prepared white rice (your choice)
1 can chili (no beans; can substitute chili with beans)
1 onion, sliced thin or diced (your choice)
grated Cheddar or sliced Velveeta cheese to completely cover
chili powder
Preparation

Place prepared rice in a lightly buttered baking dish.
Spread chili over rice and top with onion; spread over all.
Top with cheese; sprinkle chili powder according to taste.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
