Larry'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger, browned
2 pkg. Schilling chili seasoning (mild)
1 qt. tomato juice
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 green pepper, diced (optional)
1 medium size onion, chopped
2 large cans tomatoes
2 cans Mrs. Grimes chili beans with sauce
Preparation

Combine ingredients in large container.
Cook on low until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Add more tomato juice or water if more liquid is desired.
Makes a large quantity; freezes well.
