Orange And Red Onion Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 bunch romaine lettuce, torn into pieces
2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Saute almonds until golden brown.
Remove almonds to paper towel to drain. Combine next 5 ingredients.
Beat in oil.
Combine lettuce, oranges, onion and almonds.
Toss with dressing.
