Ingredients

3 eggs
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. unbleached flour
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Blend eggs and bananas until smooth in a blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Pour into six (8 ounce) custard cups.
Sprinkle with additional nutmeg and place in a large baking pan with 1-inch of hot water in it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard has set.
Cool and refrigerate.
