Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 tomatillos
    4 to 6 jalapenos (to taste)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro or more to taste
    1 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Husk tomatillos, seed jalapenos and cook together in boiling water until tomatillos change color and peppers become slightly tender; drain.
    Place in blender with remaining ingredients.
    Use over beef enchiladas.
