Greek Shrimp Saute(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. margarine
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 lb. shelled and deveined large shrimp
    1/3 c. chopped scallions
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. canned Italian tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. each lemon juice, chopped fresh dill and parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, combine margarine and oil.
    Heat until margarine is melted.
    Add shrimp, scallions and garlic. Saute over medium heat, stirring frequently until shrimp turns pink, 2 to 3 minutes.
