Billie'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Pour in milk.
    Preheat oven at 425\u00b0.
    Fill pie crusts and dust on nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    A knife blade can be inserted in center of pie and should be clean.
