Quick Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. molasses or honey
Preparation

Sift flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Spoon into a buttered 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Bake about 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
