Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. hominy grits
    1/2 stick oleo
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. New York sharp cheese
    3 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
Preparation
    Slowly stir grits into boiling water.
    Remove from heat when thickened.
    Add oleo, eggs (well beaten), cubed cheese and seasoning salt.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
    Serves 8 to 10.
