Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 egg yolk (optional)
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1 c. light olive oil
2 heads romaine lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 box croutons (Caesar salad flavor if available)
Preparation

Mix mustard and garlic.
Add egg, vinegar, salt and pepper; mix well.
Slowly add olive oil and again mix well.
Pour mixture over romaine lettuce and toss.
Add Parmesan cheese and croutons and toss again.
Serve.
