Praise Singers Escalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ham, cubed
1 Tbsp. butter
4 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
bread crumbs
Preparation

Use electric skillet.
Preheat skillet to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter. Add ham cubes and brown on all sides.
Reduce temperature to 250\u00b0. Add onion, green pepper and potatoes.
Mix well.
Combine soup, milk and seasoning.
Pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Cover, with vent closed, and cook 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
