Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potato flakes
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up and skinned
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In plastic bag, combine potato flakes and poultry seasoning.
In shallow bowl, combine egg and lemon juice.
