Haeran'S Korean Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped ginger
    black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    sesame seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cut beef tenderloin or lean beef into thin strips and sprinkle with sugar; set aside for 30 minutes.
    Combine soy, pepper, garlic, onion, etc. with 1 tablespoon sugar; mix into beef and let marinate for 30 minutes more.
    Place foil on a hot grill; puncture foil all over with a fork.
    Place meat on foil and cook, stirring as you would stir-fry, until done.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
