Souffle Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. mashed potato mix
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.
    Add egg, onions and salt, stirring until blended.
    Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese, then bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 8 servings.
