Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) bars cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 small can pineapple rings
2 kiwi
Preparation

Prepare sugar cookie dough on pizza pan.
(Follow instructions on label.)
Place in refrigerator to cool.
Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth (add more sugar if necessary).
Spread onto cold cookie.
Cut strawberries, kiwi and pineapple in halves. Alternate in rows, beginning at the outside of the cookie.
Store in the refrigerator until time to serve.
