Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cold pack cheese (sharp Cheddar spread)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. pimento
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Beat cheeses on medium speed until fluffy.
    Mix in onion and Worcestershire sauce; add lemon juice, pimento and butter.
    Stir in pecans.
    Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
    Mold into a large ball. Cover and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
