Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 stick oleo
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli just until it separates; drain well.
Melt oleo and cheese over low heat; stir until well blended.
Add broccoli; mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover top of casserole with cracker crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
