Spanish Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    4 chops
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet with oil.
    Add onion and celery and brown.
    After removing chops, put onion and celery in baking dish. Place chops on top.
    Put a mound of rice on each chop.
    Pour tomato juice around chops.
    Sprinkle parsley on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
