Parmesan Potato Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 small baking potatoes
2 tsp. margarine, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and slice thinly.
Arrange potatoes in a thin layer in a lightly greased baking pan.
Brush with melted margarine.
