Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain.
Saute onion in butter.
Add cheese, soup and mushrooms.
Heat on low until cheese melts.
Serve with French bread.
