Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 shredded olives (green with pimento)
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. capers
    1 tsp. sugar
    shrimp
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and olive in butter 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and green pepper, capers, sugar and salt to taste.
    Add shrimp (3 ounces per person), cooked or raw.
    If raw, cook until shrimp is pink.
    Serve over rice.
