Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes, pared and diced
    2 onions, peeled and sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced thin
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 tsp. minced chives, parsley or dill
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, celery, water, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
    Cover and simmer until very tender, about 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf, puree smooth in blender.
    Return to same pan; stir in milk and heat gently.
    Season to taste with Worcestershire.
    Pour into soup bowls and garnish with chives, parsley or dill.
    Makes 4 servings.
