Farmhouse Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    2 1/2 to 3 c. hot water
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. mixed vegetables
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Crumble beef in a 3-quart microwave dish.
    Add potatoes, cabbage, onion and celery.
    Cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Add all remaining ingredients; cover and microwave 18 to 24 minutes. Serves 4 or 5.
