A. L.'S Fresh Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. peanut oil
3 (2 1/2 lb.) trout tenderloins, halved
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. white wine
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
6 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oil in frying pan to 350\u00b0.
Test temperature by dropping a small amount of water in oil to see if it pops.
Dredge trout in flour and dry, 2 pieces at a time, over medium flame, for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
After all 6 pieces are fried, place on platter to keep warm.
Heat margarine with wine and pour over trout.
Garnish with lemon slices, garlic and parsley.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
