Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
6 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt in saucepan. Add enough milk to make a smooth paste. Add egg yolks.
Beat well. Stir in remaining milk and butter. Bring to a slow boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into serving dishes. Chill.
