Cherry Raisin Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    raisins
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Spoon on cherry jam in small amounts.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    While still hot, drizzle with icing made from confectioners sugar, moistened with milk.
