Low-Fat Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can deboned salmon
    2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and press into an ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
