Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. hash browns
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except crackers in a greased casserole.
    Mix and top with broken cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
