Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. jello
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Put pineapple in large boiler and add jello powder.
    Bring to a boil and set aside to cool (do not congeal).
    When it is cool, add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts, if desired.
    You may use orange, strawberry, lime or lemon jello.
    Congeal.
