Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 large green peppers
Preparation
    Brown pork, onion and salt; drain.
    Combine bouillon, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and sugar.
    Pour over pork; simmer. Add pineapple and green peppers.
    Simmer.
    Serve over hot rice.
