Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth (about 3 minutes with mixer).
    Pour into a graham cracker pie shell and chill for about 3 hours.
    Keep refrigerated.
