Creamy Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison tenderloin, cut into serving pieces
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Pound steak to tenderize.
    Cut into pieces.
    Flour and brown on both sides.
    Put pieces of steak in a casserole dish.
    Make a thin gravy in pan steak was browned in.
    Pour over steak and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
