Microwaved Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, diced
    6 medium potatoes
    5 slices Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and put in casserole dish. Blend soup, milk, onion and butter and pour over potatoes. Cook on High 19 to 24 minutes. Stir every 4 to 5 minutes and last 2 minutes, put cheese on top to melt. Cook, covered, but remove lid when cheese is added. Standing time 5 minutes.
