Macaroni And "Pink" Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box ziti or any macaroni of your choice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni as you normally would.
In separate small pot, put 1 tablespoon oil.
Add chopped garlic; let simmer for 2 minutes.
Add entire can of tomato sauce.
Drain macaroni and return it to pot, then add tomato sauce and garlic mixture plus stir in the Ricotta cheese.
Stir over low heat until hot.
Serve! Serves 6.
Great alone or as a side dish.
